The Nikitsky Gardens has Ukraine's largest collections of fruit, subtropical, aromatic and flower-decorative plants numbering circa 30,000 kinds and forms.
The hothouse of the Nikitsky Botanical Gardens possesses about 1,500 cacti and succulents, the largest collection if Former SU countries.
